What Standard Odoo Portal Lacks
The default portal account page lets users update their own profile, but not add child contacts or addresses by type. Sales and support teams end up managing address changes that customers could handle themselves.
Address Tabs on /my/account
Portal Contact & Address Manager adds tabs for Contact, Invoice, Delivery and Other addresses below the standard account form. Each tab lists existing sub-contacts and provides an Add button that opens a form with the address type already selected.
Automatic Backend Linking
Every new address is created as a child of the portal user’s partner record. It appears immediately on the portal tab and under Contacts & Addresses in the backend — no duplicate data entry.
Setup in Two Steps
Install the module (depends on Portal and Website), then log in as a portal user and open /my/account. Address tabs appear automatically — no extra configuration required.
